چکیده
Abstract A total of 24 oat genotypes were evaluated across 9 environments using a randomized complete block design with 3 replications. The combined analysis variance indicated that grain yield was significantly affected by genotype, environment, and genotype environment interaction (GEI). environment's main effect explained 44.62% the variation, whereas GEI captured 28.84% 26.54%, respectively. plus (GGE) biplot first two principal components also (PC1 = 68.46%) (PC2 11.84%) sum squares. G8 (SRCPX80Ab2267), G17 (SRCPX80Ab2310), G5 (Sorataf), G14 (Was), G19 (Bonsa), G22 (SRCPX80Ab2691), G12 (SRCPX80Ab2291), G11 (SRCPX80Ab2806), G4 (CI‐8251), G16 (Jassari), which located at left side PC1, showed better performance. smaller PC1 values observed for G19, G14, G8, G11, G12, G17, showing stability. ideal center concentric circles desirable G22. polygon view GGE mega‐environment contains E3 (Ginchi) G16, second E7 (Bekoji) E8 (Kuyu) being winning genotypes. vertices fourth mega‐environments (E6—Kulumsa) remaining grouped in third without vertex genotype. Furthermore, E2 (Ada‐Berga) an test E5 (D/Zeit), E1 (Holetta), E4 (Jeldu) identified as favorable environments. Regarding mean stability, best can be considered adapted to wider

متن کاملAnalysis of grain yield stability and assessment of genotype × environment interaction for grain sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) genotypes
The interaction of genotype × environment creates complications in yield prediction and is a challenge for agronomy and plant breeding programs. To evaluate grain yield stability and genotype × environment interaction for 18 local and exotic grain sorghum cultivars, lines, and hybrids, a field experiment was conducted using randomized complete block design with three replications in four region...

TThe existence of genotype– environment interaction requires that the performance of genotypes be tested in a wide range of environmental conditions so that the resulting information can increase the efficiency of their selection and introduction. For this purpose, this study using 11 selected lines from uniform national experiments, along with control figures of Saral and Anna and two advanced...
متن کاملGGE Biplot Analysis of Genotype × Environment Interaction in Wheat-Agropyron Disomic Addition Lines
Identification of the genetic architecture of phenotypic stability and management of adaptational genes is a prerequisite for improvement of adaptation. To locate the genes controlling adaptation, disomic addition lines of agropyron (agropyron elongatum, 2n=2x=14) into the genetic background of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L., 2n=6x=42, cv. ‘Chinese Spring’=CS) were used in a randomized compl...
